While sorting her dead grandmother's affairs, a young woman boards in an eerie, southern mansion and soon discovers the matriarch may desire more than just her company.

After a family death, Julie and her young daughter return to their estranged hometown and find themselves with nowhere to stay. Frances Allen, a family friend and elderly matriarch of the infamous Allen House, offers them a room in her mansion. As Julie sorts her affairs, a tangled history with the Allen Family comes to light, and Julie discovers the owners may desire more from her than just her company.
